B2B Trading Terms
All sales by Excellent Vintage BV are made exclusively to professional resellers (B2B). Consumer purchases are not accepted.
Minimum order — €500 excl. VAT per visit.
Access — By appointment only. Book a visit at /en/book. A valid Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number are required on your first visit.
Payment — Payment is due before or at the time of collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods: bank transfer, cash, debit card.
Retention of title — Goods remain the property of Excellent Vintage BV until full payment has been received.
Returns & complaints — Vintage wholesale is sold as seen on the floor. Returns are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receipt to info@excellent-vintage.com.
Liability — Excellent Vintage BV is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss or loss of profit. Liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the relevant delivery.
Governing law — All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Noord-Holland district.
