For B2B customers with valid registration + EU VAT number we invoice reverse charge (Art. 138(1) VAT Directive 2006/112/EC). We invoice excl. VAT, you process in your own return.
Yes — we sell to you B2B, you sell downstream however you like (Vinted, Whatnot, Depop, eBay, brick-and-mortar). We ourselves only sell to B2B customers with valid registration + VAT.
